CALLIE RODRIGUEZ (GRAFF) RDN, LD
I'm so glad you're here, let me tell you a little bit about myself.
Hello!
I grew up as an athlete in small town Minnesota, studying nutrition at South Dakota State University before to moving to Washington for my dietetic internship at Bastyr University. My training had a whole foods and natural medicine focus with an emphasis on sports nutrition.

As a Registered Dietitian, I am an expert in the human body and nutrition. Though I knew all of the information from my education, it wasn't until I experienced it first hand in my own body that I really understood the power of diet and lifestyle.

In our culture, there's this false belief that we should always be eating less, and food is meant to be limited. I believe that truly understanding our bodies and how to nourish them correctly can be physically healing and ultimately improve life. Nutrition should be empowering and an opportunity to heal and strengthen our bodies, not something we fear.
