All services will be provided virtually through a secure video platform by a Registered Dietitian. Services are offered for clients located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Nutrition coaching may be available in additional states upon inquiry. 


INITIAL SESSION: This appointment is considered your nutrition assessment where I will gather information to establish a wellness plan. We will discuss nutrition history, medical history, long term goals, and more. You will leave this session with a clear understanding of the direction we will be going forward. 

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS: These sessions will consist of discussing barriers and successes, setting goals, and further education. Follow up frequency will be decided individually, typically starting biweekly. 

SECURE MESSAGING: When a client of the practice with continued appointment scheduled, you will have access to secure messaging with your provider to ask questions or check in as needed. 



Blue Cross Blue Shield & United Healthcare

Insurance coverage for dietary counseling varies greatly between insurance plans. Please call them to verify prior to starting services. See here for specific questions to ask your insurance. 


If your plan requires you to meet your deductible first and the deductible has not been met, I am obligated to charge you the contracted rate we have with your insurance (NOT the same as the self pay rate). For this reason, I highly recommend reaching out to your insurance company to verify benefits.


Self pay rates will be utilized for out of network insurance, and payment will be required in full at time of service. I am able to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement or to count towards your deductible.

INITIAL SESSION: 60- 75 minutes / $175

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS: 30-60 minutes / $100-$150

MONTHLY: two follow up sessions per month

 $150 per month after initial appointment

Why is the initial appointment longer/more expensive?

A full nutrition assessment is completed during your first session to gather background information, including more preparation work outside of the appointment to ensure we are adequately prepared to support you and create a treatment plan. 

Do you take insurance?

Only Regence BCBS at this time. Please see more information here

What ages do you see?

12 years and older! It is very helpful to have parents/guardians join for at least half of the session with adolescents.
